Makelle Ahlin of Santaquin, Utah, was 22 weeks pregnant when she checked out medical facility for a regular scan. The resulting sonogram appeared to show Makelle’s unborn child making a ‘rock on’ gesture. Despite claims that the image was Photoshopped, Makelle’s ultrasound service technician published on Facebook herself to back up the authenticity of the image.
