Gurnick Academy is a MRI school in California offering mri program, mri technician certification training. MRI Technology Program is available in the following campuses: San Mateo campus near San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Hayward, Burlingame, Fremont, in Sacramento Campus near Concord, and in Modesto Campus near Merced, Madera, Stockton, Turlock, Livermore, Antioch, Tracy.
Associate of Science in MRI Program is designed to prepare students to perform clinical MRI examinations of the human body with special consideration to image production, quality control, signal to noise ratio, and basic pulse sequences. The following areas of study are included in the course: sectional anatomy, medical terminology, patient care, MRI protocols and procedures, physics, MRI pathology in diagnostic imaging, MRI safety, registry review.
A.S. MRI program is an Associate of Science degree program.
Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts (San Mateo and Modesto campuses), MRI Technology Program and A.S. in MRI Program are recognized and accredited by American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
