A: Hi Becky! How are you?
B: Hello Sara. I’m doing great. How about you?
A: Same as you – great. I heard that you shifted to a new major?
B: I did! I’m taking up diagnostic medical sonography in Florida.
A: Are you still in the same university?
B: I’m not, actually. I currently go to Broward College in Coconut Creek, which is one of the 20 ultrasound technician schools in Florida in 2015.
A: So you’re just home for the holidays?
B: That’s right. Why are you asking anyway?
A: You got me. I’m a little interested in taking up sonography too. My uncle lives in Florida so I can stay with him if I want to study over there. He lives in Del Ray Beach.
B: That’s perfect! The Cambridge Institute of Allied Health is in Del Ray Beach. They have associate degrees for general and cardiac ultrasound technology.
A: Wow! Thanks for telling me, Sara. I’ll go look at their website now.
