As a dentist, Dr. Diem Cao talks about the value of dental work to her patients. She talks about taking care of their cavity and infections and teaches them how to take care of their teeth at home. Besides interacting with people of different backgrounds, she has a great amount of knowledge. She helps her patients take care of their problems and make them feel better about themselves with a beautiful smile. She also talks about safety and protocols by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in her office. Her advice for potential dental assistant students is to “go for it and be passionate about what you do!” The dental field is a rewarding and fulfilling career because dental assistants are always in need and you can grow to your full potential.
