Offer quality client care to all patients within the medical imaging department. Perform high quality images and examinations on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to client requirements. Demonstrates leadership capabilities and is a good example for other associate technologists. Serve as a scientific resource to system personnel and ensures current standards of practice for the system.
WHAT YOU BRING/JOB REQUIREMENTS
In addition to bringing your entire self to the work environment each day, certified prospects will need the following:
- One year of ultrasound experience highly preferred
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree highly chose
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- ARDMS – signed up required RDMS( OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR); or ARRT signed up R.T.( S)( ARRT) or R.T.( S)( BS)( ARRT) and ARDMS registered RVT( VT) or ARRT registered – R.T.( S)( VS)( ARRT), or ARDMS registered RDCS( AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS)
- Basic Life Assistance (BLS) from American Heart Association needed
- OPPORTUNITY TO WORK 30-36 HOURS/WEEK TO COVER FOR A MATERNITY LEAVE FOR 3 MONTHS *
Physical Requirements-Exert as much as 50 lbs force periodically, and/or as much as 20 pounds regularly, and/or up to 10 pounds continuously
