Offer quality client care to all clients within the medical imaging department. Carry out high quality images and exams on patients while preserving the sensitivity to client needs. Demonstrates management capabilities and is a good example for other associate technologists. Serve as a medical resource to unit personnel and ensures existing requirements of practice for the unit.
WHAT YOU BRING/JOB REQUIREMENTS
In addition to bringing your entire self to the office each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- One year of ultrasound experience highly chosen
- HS Diploma or GED needed
- Associates Degree strongly chose
- Bachelor’s Degree chosen
- ARDMS – signed up needed RDMS( OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR); or ARRT registered R.T.( S)( ARRT) or R.T.( S)( BS)( ARRT) and ARDMS signed up RVT( VT) or ARRT signed up – R.T.( S)( VS)( ARRT), or ARDMS signed up RDCS( AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association needed
- Nuchal Translucency accreditation HIGHLY PREFERRED
Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50 pounds force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs regularly, and/or approximately 10 pounds constantly
