BSW LAKEWAY MULTIMODALITY TECH

FULL TIME DAYS MON-FRI 8A-4P

JOB SUMMARY

The Multimodality Technologist, under general guidance of a Radiologist, performs imaging procedures in 2 or more disciplines, with a 50% focus in an advanced discipline such as CT, MR, Nuc Med or IR, on ambulatory and health center clients as requested by a doctor or other certified supplier for the medical diagnosis of illness and injury in accordance with recognized protocols.

Acquires, verifies and preserves all appropriate paperwork such as requisition/chart, client history, pregnancy status and protecting precautions taken, approval forms, policies and treatments, etc.

Maintains medical imaging records in proper system and according to department policies and requirements for analysis in a timely manner.

– EDUCATION – Graduate of an Accredited Program

– EXPERIENCE – Less than 1 Year of Experience
