A: How are you? I heard you were starting college this week.
B: I am! I applied to an associate degree program in Vascular sonography in Jackson College.
A: Isn’t that all the way in Mississippi?
B: Yeah, the campus is in Jackson, Mississippi but they offer online programs as well.
A: That’s great. I know you’ve been having a hard time with scheduling because of your part-time job.
B: Yeah. That’s why I was so happy to learn that a slot for the ultrasound tech online training in Jackson College was available this year. Plus, the general education classes I took were credited as well, so I qualified for the associate degree program.
A: Did you do a lot of research?
B: I actually visited this website ultrasoundtechniciancenter.org before I was able to make my decision. There were a lot of articles that were very useful. Why? Are you interested in sonography?
A: My sister is, actually. I’ll tell her about that website.
