Provide quality client care to all clients within the medical imaging department. Carry out high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the level of sensitivity to patient needs. Shows leadership capabilities and is a role model for other associate technologists. Acts as a scientific resource to unit workers and guarantees existing standards of practice for the unit.
QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS WILL RECEIVE A $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS OFFER TO BE PAID IN INSTALLMENTS. PEOPLE MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF DIRECT EXPERIENCE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SIGN-ON BONUS. THIS SIGN-ON REWARD DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNAL TRANSFERS.
WHAT YOU BRING/JOB REQUIREMENTS
In addition to bringing your entire self to the work environment every day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- One year of ultrasound experience highly chosen
- HS Diploma or GED needed
- Associates Degree highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree chosen
- ARDMS – signed up required RDMS( OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR); or ARRT signed up R.T.( S)( ARRT) or R.T.( S)( BS)( ARRT) and ARDMS signed up RVT( VT) or ARRT registered – R.T.( S)( VS)( ARRT), or ARDMS registered RDCS( AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS)
- Basic Life Assistance (BLS) from American Heart Association needed
Physical Requirements-Exert as much as 50 lbs force sometimes, and/or as much as 20 pounds frequently, and/or approximately 10 pounds continuously
